        The most controversial issue in our society today is juvenile offenders. The number of juvenile offenders is increasing every year, and so is the rate of violent crimes they commit. Also, according to Korean law, juveniles under the age of 14 are not punished, and the maximum sentence for juveniles under the age of 19 is only 20 years. Even if you kill or commit arson, the maximum sentence is 20 years, and if you are under the age of 14, you will not go to jail. 



Accordingly, the media are presenting various works to inform the crisis situation. 



        The way to solve this problem is to change the Criminal Law. First, increase the upper limit of sentences that can be imposed or remove the upper limit entirely. Second, lower the age of criminal responsibility. Revising the law in this way will dispel the criminal impulses that younger people may have and make young people aware of their fear of the law. And there will be no recidivism of violent crimes.

    I think what you did well was that you used pictures to help the viewer understand. I've been thinking about this topic for a long time, too. Each time, the same conclusion was reached. That is to lower the age of criminal responsibility. So I feel the same way about your solution.

    Through the movie Juvenile Judgment, I came to have the seriousness of a juvenile delinquent. I think it was good to select a topic of interest and explain it accordingly. But I don't think it's easy to come up with a perfect solution. Because it is expected that there will be a lot of backlash.
